Rick Rocket v1.1 released!
My Game Company is pleased to announce the release of Rick Rocket v1.1 for Windows, Mac, and Linux! This release adds a few new features requested by players, and includes a significant update to the game engine to support more modern versions of Windows and Linux.
Changes include:
- Added the ability to remap keyboard keys and joystick functions
- Made the explosions for large capital ships much more spectacular
- Made explosions for moderate size ships larger
- Increase delay at completion of a level, so you can finish watching explosions
- Added support for Windows Vista and Windows 7
- Fixed no sound on Linux distributions that use PulseAudio
- Upgraded to SDL 1.2.14 and SDL_mixer 1.2.11
- Added missing version number to title screen
- Fixed various Linux installer issues
